Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a discreet sign with your name. We monitor your flight in real time, so if you land early or late we adjust automatically — there is never a recharge for delays beyond your control.

Yes. The quote you receive is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no late-night premiums, no airport handling fees. The price covers up to your booked passenger count, luggage, and one drop-off location.

Our concierge desk and chauffeurs are available 24 hours, every day of the year — including Greek public holidays. Pre-booking is preferred but we accept same-day requests subject to availability.

You may pay in advance via secure card link, on arrival to your chauffeur (cash or card), or at the conclusion of your trip. We also accept bank transfer for corporate accounts.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Within 24 hours we charge 50%; within two hours of pickup the full fare applies. Flight cancellations on your end are always exempt — we hold the booking for your rebooked flight at no extra cost.

Yes. Infant carriers, child seats, and booster seats are available at no charge — please request the type and number when booking.

Yes. Our VIP Island Tour service covers half-day, full-day, and sunset itineraries with an English-speaking chauffeur-guide. We can co-design routes with you in advance or adjust on the day.

Our flagship Mercedes-Benz Viano carries seven guests and seven full-size bags. The all-electric Opel Zafira Life-e carries eight, and the Opel Frontera SUV is sized for up to four. We coordinate multi-vehicle bookings for larger groups and weddings.
