These terms apply to all bookings placed with REM VIP Services I.K.E. Please read them before confirming a reservation.
Bookings & Pricing
Every quote is written and fixed for the journey described. The price covers the agreed passenger count, agreed luggage, and one drop-off location. Additional stops or extended waiting beyond fifteen minutes from the booked time may carry an extra charge, communicated in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the fare; within two hours of pickup the full fare applies. Flight cancellations on your end are exempt — we hold the booking for your rebooked flight at no extra cost.
Payment
You may pay in advance via secure card link, on arrival to your chauffeur (cash or card), or at the conclusion of your trip. Bank transfer is available for corporate accounts.
Liability
Every vehicle is fully licensed and insured under Greek law. We carry comprehensive passenger insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (severe weather, road closures, civil unrest) but will refund any unused portion of the booking in such cases.
Conduct
For the safety of all guests we ask passengers not to smoke inside the vehicles and to keep food and open beverages to a minimum. Drivers may decline service to anyone unfit to travel, with a refund proportional to the unused journey.
